Surely you shop at Walmart, or stand in a bank line, or you’re here in Australia enjoying Woolies.
Simply stand with one foot in front of the other….if your feet are DEAD STRAIGHT – it’s actually quite hard.
If you find it easy, start looking around the shop, you’ll soon get the “wobbles”….so SUPPORT YOURSELF CAREFULLY!
It’s one of the fastest ways to train your brain to stabilize you…and IDEAL to stop you getting “old lady wobbles”.
Try it…REGULARLY! You can’t get fit by going to the gym once!
